Try going a week without stimulants such as these and increasing your amount of sleep to at least the recommended levels.

If getting more sleep is still not doing the trick to alleviate your sleep deprivation symptoms, you may have a sleeping disorder causing your problems. Lack of sleep symptoms can be caused by snoring or other elements waking you up in the middle of the night. This can happen even without you knowing about it. You will experience lack of sleep symptoms even though you are getting the recommended amount of sleep. If you are sleeping over the recommended amount and still experience lack of sleep symptoms, it is time to see your doctor and get some help.
